Our body is the best way to explore our dreams and desires for our work and our lives. Our body is the best way to learn and unlearn. Our body is the best way to connect in healthy ways with others. Our body is the best way to heal from physical, emotions, and mental wounds.
There are various practices that I use to facilitate you to working with your body. Below is a practice that I have benefited from. It is my pleasure to share it with you. One that allows you to access your body's brilliance by:

Ditching the complicated equipment and using your body as the tool for movement and exploration regardless of age and fitness level.
Let me introduce you to The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM). It is a powerful somatic method developed by Michaela Boehm over the past 2 decades of instruction and practice. The method is rooted in her early training in Kashmiri Shaivism and fused with her extensive expertise in working with trauma, emotional closures, and physical contractions in her clients and students; as well as in implementing this technique in her own practice. This method has many deep, powerful applications and a host of benefits for you in your work, your wellbeing, and your relationships.
Here are a few of the ways that you’ll benefit from practicing Non-Linear Movement:

Non-Linear Movement is facilitated on a mat or blanket. Participants dress similar to a Yoga or Dance Class, in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. The method can be practiced at any age, fitness level and mobility. The movements are designed to be self regulating and can be done in any position, including laying down.
